KACZMAREK I WSPÓLNICY SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA It is a provider of laboratory services, and by the quality of the research services provided, we mean the extent to which they meet the needs of our clients. We deliver results to our clients that are relevant, accurate, precise, and metrologically consistent with reference standards, in compliance with the requirements and agreements regarding the applied testing methods and timelines
The responsibility of the Laboratory Manager, as well as all employees in their independent actions towards the Laboratory's clients, is to promote and maintain the quality of the Laboratory's work and to uphold good professional practice.
By implementing the declared Quality Policy, the Laboratory ensures the quality and reliability of the measurements and tests conducted, both for the Laboratory's needs and for those of its clients. We declare full identification and traceability of records and test objects at every stage of the testing process.
The Laboratory conducts its activities in an impartial manner and takes full responsibility for its operations.
The Laboratory implements the Quality Policy through:
- continuously expanding the range of services provided,
- maintaining personnel qualification requirements through systematic training,
- availability of documents describing the management system for all Laboratory personnel,

The Laboratory declares that:
- all Laboratory personnel are free from any commercial or financial pressures,

- it continuously monitors and identifies risks that may arise from its activities, the Laboratory's structural affiliations, or personnel connections that could affect impartiality,
- it operates impartially and independently, avoiding unacceptable conflicts of interest,
- it is guided by impartiality and objectivity in the conducted tests, making decisions based on objective evidence while excluding the influence of other interests or parties,
- it refrains from conducting laboratory activities in cases where impartiality is at risk,
- it adheres to quality management system procedures that ensure consistent limitation of activities strictly to testing and measurements, without engaging in work for its Clients that could jeopardize impartiality,
- it does not employ personnel with an existing or potential conflict of interest and does not conduct testing using personnel engaged by Clients,
- in the event of identifying potential or actual risks to maintaining impartiality, the Laboratory's Management and Leadership take appropriate actions to minimize the possibility of potential risks or eliminate identified risks.
